University of Duhok President Discusses Strategic Planning on "Roj Baş Kurdistan"
On Monday, May 20th, 2024, Dr. Dawood Sulaiman Atrushi, President of the University of Duhok (UOD), appeared on WAAR TV's popular program "Roj Baş Kurdistan." Dr. Atrushi shared insights about the university's new strategic planning and the establishment of its Steering Committee.
Dr. Atrushi outlined an ambitious 15-year strategic plan aimed at reforming the university to enhance the quality of education and elevate UOD to global standards. Additionally, Dr. Atrushi revealed the Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) plans to establish a new Kurdistan Accrediting Association for Education (KAAE) in the region to oversee the quality of education. The University of Duhok, along with two other universities, has been selected to pioneer this initiative.
